MYSTERY SHOPPER

Each month Captain Americas conducts mystery shoppers to gain valuable insight into how we are doing in our customer’s eyes. All areas of the dining experience are looked at from ambience to food to facilities.

Those people who carry out our reports dine at the restaurant for free. They are given a questionnaire beforehand in order to know what to look out for. Once they have completed their report the customer returns it along with their receipt for reimbursement.
